This is my present Glute & Hamsting exercise. I’m so sorry in regards to the high quality of this video, it was my first try at filming within the health club and I now know to not have the digital camera portrait – I couldn’t re-film for the time being as I needed to sneak this at 3am however let me know if you wish to see extra exercise movies and don’t neglect to present this a thumbs up!

Exercises:
15 Minutes Cardio
Glute Bridge Raises three x 20.
Superset x three: Curtsey lunges x 10 & Kettlebell swings x 10
Stiff leg deadlifts three x 10-12
Raised Leg Lunges three x 10 Each Leg
One Leg Cable Kickbacks three x 10 Each Leg
